| • | SPECIAL MENUS | O'Briens will customize and print a menu for your event with Special dinner entrees, appetizers and dessert items. |
| • | PARKING | O'Briens offers you and your guests free valet parking up to 2 ½ hours. Parking lot is adjacent to restaurant on the south. |
| • | LINENS | O'Briens provides white tablecloths and napkins at no charge. Specialty linen can be rented at an additional cost. |
| • | CENTERPIECES | O'Briens provides a bud vase with a seasonal flower. Centerpieces can be arranged for your event at an additional cost. |
| • | AUDIO-VISUAL | O'Briens can provide equipment needed for your presentation & business meetings. Additional cost accordingly. |
| • | O'Briens can arrange live entertainment for your event. | |

Banquet Information
| • | DEPOSITS | A 20% deposit is required to
confirm a reservation. This can be in the form of a check or credit card. Cancellation fee applies up to one month prior to the event. |
| • | GUARANTEES | A final head count is required 7 days prior to the event date. |
| • | GRATUITIES & TAXES | A gratuity of 20% and sales tax of 11.5% will be added to all food and beverage. |
| • | ROOM CHARGE | O'Briens has a charge of $400 for the room. Special room rates may apply depending on the room selection and time of year. |

| • | OAK ROOM | Private Dining - Dinners up to 100-Cocktails up to 140. |
| • | BOARD ROOM | Private Dining - Dinners up to 30-Cocktails
up to 50. Ideal for business meeting luncheons |
| • | CARRIAGE ROOM | Semi-private dining - Dinners
up to 25-Cocktails up to 35. Lined with windows and overlooking the horse drawn carriage stand on Wells. |
| • | GARDEN CAFÉ | Available for private parties - Dinners up to 85 - Cocktails up to 150. |
| • | PIANO BAR | Cocktails up to 100. |
| • | FIREPLACE ROOM | Available for private parties - an intimate dining room for up to 15 guests. |
